Reluctance leads to pain

The slave refuses to continue licking my shoes clean. He has been licking them with his tongue for quite a while now because they are very dirty. I, Lady Nora, want clean sneakers and they are still far from that. Words do not drive him further, so I take a crop as a motivator to hand and beat him hard, over and over again, so that he improves... and suddenly he's licking better!
